We will engage in group channeled activations, healings and ceremony inside the temples and pyramids in Egypt to pull in the higher dimensions.

There will be guided soul discovery to help you remember the magic of Egypt and your lifetimes there so that you can move powerfully into this next phase of ascension.
Teaching & Classes
Leading up to the trip, Sarah and Karen will offer a series of classes to bring forward history and connection to Egypt. They will also share channeled teachings during the journey together.
The Journey...
This transcendence through time... will start with the building and initial intentions of the beginnings of Ancient Egypt. We will connect with the energies, beings, and versions of ourselves from that time and regain the knowledge of this powerful place. We will rediscover and bring back online the higher dimensional history and how it is to be applied to our current moment and ascension.
We will then dip into... the turning point of Egypt and the arrival of the lower energies. How it shifted this magical place and our world as we know it. And as we begin to remember our own ancient power that is stored here, we will see the parallels with our current times and how we are overcoming the dark and rising into the light. This midpoint in time is a representation of what we have overcome during the ascension and the rise to New Earth. That it no longer has its hold and is now ancient history.
Moving into the higher times..., we will initiate into the feminine with a visit to the Isis Temple and wrap up our final days in Egypt by activating our bodies into this ascension energy. We will transcend these prior energies by receiving initiation and invitation into our true power amongst the pyramids to help us move to the next level. This remembrance of truth will re-inform us that the higher consciousness we seek has been accessible to us all along and we are finally here to move beyond the grasp of the lower energies and into the fullness of our own light!
Leading up to the trip..., starting in August, Karen and Sarah will be offering bi-weekly classes for those attending the retreat. These will take place over zoom at dates and times TBD. If you can't make these classes live, it's okay, replays will be provided. The classes will give us an opportunity to prepare for the magic of Egypt and tap into its energetic history. We will tune in with the Hathors, Isis, the Essenes, sacred site construction, Egyptian past lives, and more.
Your Guides Through Time
Karen Glass

Karen Glass is an Ascension Coach, Spiritual Teacher, Healer and an Evidential Medium. Karen graduated with honors from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Exercise Science. She is a Certified Hypnotherapist with training from The Alchemy Institute of Hypnosis in Santa Rosa, CA with Advanced training in Somatic Healing and Advanced Training in Alchemical Past Life Regression and Inner Guides. She has studied mediumship at the prestigious Arthur Findlay College in Stansted, England.
As an ascension coach, Karen enjoys empowering others and reminding them of their inner wisdom, gifts, and true potential. She helps remove any negative subconscious beliefs from past lives, family lineage, and childhood. Her focus is to collapse lower timelines from past lives, cut contracts, and heal negative repetitive patterns that follow us from one life to the next. Sarah Shook
Intuitive, Channeler, Energy Healer
Sarah Shook is an Intuitive Channeler and Energy Healer. She spent 15 years as an actress/comedian. During that time, she awakened to her intuitive gifts and began her own journey into spirituality and self healing.

This beautiful hotel is located in the middle of the Nile River on King's Island. A landscape that provides peace and tranquility as we connect with this land and the ancient parts of ourselves.
Nile Cruise Ship:
This luxury cruise takes you from Luxor to Aswan while you enjoy the magical scenery of over 7,000 years of civilization. We will make stops along the way to temples and other ancient sites.
Mena House:
One of the most unique hotels in Cairo, it sits alongside the Great Pyramids. It has over 40 acres of lush gardens and is regarded as one of the leading luxury hotels in Cairo.
Movenpick Resort:
Located in the heart of the Nile River on Elephantine Island, you can stroll the grounds equipped with bird watching stations, a swimming pool, an organic farm, and over 3,000 fruit trees.
Where We Will Go:
Day 1- Arrival at Luxor Airport & Hotel
Day2- Dendara: TheTemple of Hathor:
It is one of the best-preserved temple complexes in Egypt and contains the Temple of Hathor.
Hathor was a goddess of fertility, rebirth, renewal and the cosmos.
We'll begin this trip connecting with this motherly feminine energy and inviting in a sense of renewal and transformation.
Day 2- Temple at Abydos:
This Temple is dedicated to Pharaoh Seti I. Abydos is one of the oldest cities of ancient Egypt, dating to pre-dynastic times. It is perfect for calling back our ancient knowledge and history.
Day 2- Private Tour at Osirion Temple:
Osiris is the god of death and resurrection and is associated with the energies of creation. We will have a private tour here to step into our fullness as divine creators.
Day 3- Valley of the Kings:
Also called the Valley of the Gates of the Kings.
For a period of nearly 500 years, from the 16th to11th century BC, tombs were constructed there for
the Pharaohs and powerful nobles of the New Kingdom.
Day3- Temple of Hatshepsut:
Built for Queen- Hatshepsut it is dedicated to the sun god Amon-Ra. It holds with it the abundance, wealth, and inner power that comes with honoring the divine feminine in each of us.
Day 3- Luxor Temple:
This is a large ancient temple complex, located on the east bank of the Nile River, and was founded in 1400 BCE.
The proportions and axis points of the temple represent the Egyptians vast knowledge of the universe and symbolize once again the energy of rebirth. Ceremonies were performed here to renew a person's divine connection to all that is.
Day 4- Karnak Temple:
The temple complex has four parts. The most commonly visited one is the Precinct of Amun-Ra. In addition to this precinct we will visit the three other parts: the Precinct of Mut, the Precinct of Montu, and the ruins of the Temple of Amenhotep IV (more commonly known as Ankhenaten).

Day 5- Horus Temple:
This temple was the center of festival and celebration. It is the perfect place to visit before we embark to another level of energy and a different time period in Egypt. We will invite in that energy of celebration as we have now pulled in the ancient memory of this place.
Day 5- Kom Ombo Temple:
A Temple shared by two gods Sobek & Haeroris.
The temple is divided into two and are perfectly symmetrical serving as mirrors for each other. Reflecting the divine nature of reality.
Day 6- Philae Temple Complex at Abu Simbel:
The two temples in the Abu Simbel complex were carved out of the mountainside during the reign of Pharaoh Ramesses II, in the 13th century BCE, as a lasting monument to himself and his queen, Nefertari.
Often noted as holding the entry of the lower energies into Egypt, we will begin to transcend these energies and release what no longer serves. We will uncover and remember our own higher power and step more firmly into our ancient truth.
Day 7- Temple of Isis:
This temple was dedicated to the goddess Isis, the wife of Osiris and mother of Horus.
She is known for her great feminine power and was believed to have healing, protective, and magical powers.
Ceremonial births took place in this temple as well. It serves as the perfect place to begin our process of rebirth and transcendence into the higher energies in Egypt and the Ascension as a whole.
After Isis we will visit the Nubian Village.
Day 8- Integration Day:
This is a day spent integrating and spending time in connection with self and each other.
Before embarking into higher and transformative energies, we would like to take a day to meditate together and give our bodies a chance to rest and enjoy the land.
Day 9- Alabaster Mosque & Hanging Church:
The mosque symbolizes Egypt's transformation into a more modern state. We will go to embrace even deeper the energy of transformation that we are stepping into.
The Hanging Church is known for the presence of Mother Mary and working with her nurturing energy.
We will also visit Cairo's Egyptian museum to discover more of Egypt's ancient energetic history.
Day 10- The Step Pyramid:
An archeological remain in the Saqqara necropolis. It
was built 27th century BC during the Third dynasty for the
burial of Pharaoh Djoser by his vizier, Imhotep. It holds the energies of abundance and power of spirit.
Day 11- Private Tour of The Sphinx:
Often known as a guardian, the Sphinx represents connection between the earthly realms and the divine. It is here that we will activate into our divine authority.
Day 11- The Great Pyramids & Private Tour:
Closing out this journey through time, it feels appropriate to end with the grand energies of the pyramids.
The pyramids were built as a place for spiritual initiation and stepping into higher illumination.
We will initiate into these higher times with a Private Tour and closing ceremony in the King and Queen's chamber .

Day 12- Return Flight Home from Cairo Airport
The Cost:
